Due to the specification change of the Intel compilers from oneAPI2025, make files have been added (makeIntel64oapiLinux.make and makeIntel64oapiWin.make). This version will be the last distribution of win32 binary. (m6: Jan. 13, 2025)
Recompiled windows binary without MKL due to the problem reported on some systems (m5: Jan. 17, 2020).

Improved the calculation efficiency of dislit.
A bug that vectors are not properly output in diseig was corrected.
A workaround was done for the problem that the k(E)'s are not properly output by rrkmth in some rare cases when k(E)'s are extremely small and have three-digits exponents in the E-format, i.e., 1D-100 > k(E) > 0. They are forced to be '0' (zero).
